Dear  Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Welcome to our parish website!

   Our Holy Church is dedicated to The Holy Protomartyr and Archdeacon Stephen who is celebrated on the 9th day of January. We are members of the Russian Orthodox Church outside of Russia also known as ROCOR. Our ruling Patriarch is Our Great Lord and Father Kirill of Moscow and all of Russia. Our Ruling Bishop is Metropolitan Hilarion, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. 

   Our Church is an English speaking community and all of The Divine Services are celebrated in English. Our Church was found just about 40 years ago in 1981 by our faithful people of Old Forge, who were seeking a Traditional Russian Orthodox Church, a Traditional Orthodox way of living, and a Traditional Russian Orthodox liturgical life. You need not to be of Russian lineage to attend or become a member of our Church since a great majority of our parishioners are not Russian and are Converts to The Orthodox Faith. We are a friendly and welcoming Church Family looking to grow in number and share The Holy Orthodox Faith with the people of Old Forge and beyond!
